Book of Enoch | Books of Watchers
The "Book of the Sons of Heaven," which is published as the first of Enoch's five books, is one of the holy scriptures. This book, which describes the visions and heavenly scenes revealed to Enoch by angels, was originally written in the holy language.
This first book contains the following major sections:
Enoch's words of blessing
The history of the Watchers, who are the Sons of Heaven
Judgment for the righteous and the ungodly
Visions of the holy angels
Together with the four books to come, this book will provide the complete visions revealed to Enoch.
During the translation, great care has been taken to preserve the spiritual meaning of the revealed words and the magnificence of the heavenly visions. Terms such as holy angels, watchers, righteous ones, and the chosen ones have been used in the same sense as they appear in the original text.
The visions seen by Enoch, the writer of righteousness, were written for a distant future generation. Similarly, this translation is being recorded for future generations.
